Reiki is ‘universal life force energy’. It is an incredibly gentle and soothing form of energy healing which is easy to learn and even easier to use. It is taught by a process of attunement from a certified teacher, and can be learnt in a day or two. Once the attunements have been received, one simply places their hands on themselves or others for the energy to flow. It is an incredibly nurturing form of self-healing, as well as being gentle enough to use on children and animals.
Reiki can be taught one-to-one or in small groups (up to 6), and can be taught in the comfort of your own home (provided a quiet, undisturbed space is available).
