gang members
We are currently collecting the names of all known offenders and are compiling
a database of full names, offences, addresses and photographs. If you have snapshots,
CCTV footage or first-hand experience, we want to hear about it. If you have
photos that need to be scanned or can be attached directly to emails, or have
reports on criminal incidents occurring in your neighbourhood
then you can send details directly to this website,
and also to crimestoppers, both anonymously.
If you aren't happy about your details being collected then there is a very
easy way to stop this happening. Just be on your best behaviour,
and if we don't hear any reports of your wrong-doings we have nothing to pass
on to the police.
parents
If you are concerned that your child's activities are being monitored then make
sure that they are behaving themselves. As soon as you lose track of your kids
and permit them to fall in with a bad crowd committing acts of vandalism and intimidation,
that is when it becomes a police matter.
There is so much to do around the Isle of Dogs.
Your kids could be out every evening enriching their lives and
having fun, and not hanging around street corners, making themselves a nuisance.
Get them straightened out and you do everyone a favour, not least of all them.
Maybe when as a result of a violent street gang, you have to spend your evening
in a hospital instead of with your loved ones, you'll lose your sympathy
and patience too.
